Manager Mark Molesley catches up with Josh Barton of theterras.com as we discuss the position the Terras are in after 10 games, Swindon and the upcoming game with Tiverton. There is also a word for the Terras fans.

Josh Barton: On the Swindon Supermarine game, were you surprised with how strong they were considering their league position?

Mark Molesley: I was not surprised, they have an experienced team with new recruits and to be honest they are in a false position. It’s a positive setup there and they will cause teams problems. We started badly, and gave away a poor goal but we did get into our stride, creating chances and dominating possession but overall we didn’t look like ourselves if we are honest. We should of had two penalties in the first half, Calvin Brooks was bundled over in the box, that should of been a penalty. Warren Bentley was also fouled after getting the right side of the defender so we do feel aggrieved in that sense. I thought the sending off was an absolute joke, probably one of the harshest red cards I’ve ever seen. If that’s violent conduct then I’m surprised. There were a few bizarre decisions but I thought we got away with one ourselves to be fair. We will enjoy the challenge as always. Anyone that thought this was going to be easy are kidding themselves. We are still top of the table but we haven’t got top form consistently yet. We still have valuable players to come back.

JB: Tiverton away promises to be a good challenge:

MM: Tiverton away is always going to be a tough one. They are fighting at the top of the league with us but we have to go there knowing what we can do. We were disappointed to not pick up three points on Saturday but this gives us a perfect opportunity to get back to winning ways. We are looking forward to it.

JB: A word for our travelling fans at Swindon:

MM: The following away at Swindon was superb and we were disappointed to not reward that following with three points. The fans are the heartbeat of the club and mostly we are always cheered on and it’s an old cliche but when they are on form they are the 12th man! Most of our fans know what football is all about and they know what we are trying to do here with the way we play football and also they know how good our squad is.
