Stéphane Zubar

Biography: Stéphane Zubar began his career at Caen, but was released after loan spells at Championnat National club Pau and Belgian First Division side Brussels. He spent the 2009-10 season with Romanian Liga I club Vaslui awho won the 2010 Cupa României Final. Zubar signed for Plymouth Argyle in November 2010, and moved on to AFC Bournemouth in September 2011. He was loaned out to Bury in January 2013, Port Vale in September 2014, York City in November 2014. He returned to York on loan in August 2015, but returned to AFC Bournemouth after he suffered a cruciate ligament injury. Stéphane was released by the Cherries at the end of 2015/16 season. Zubar was made club captain during the 2016/17 season and scored an extra-time winner in the Dorset Senior Cup final in April 2017. In Summer 2017 Zubar left to seek professional football with Yeovil Town but returned to the Terras in November 2017.
